Big Computer Games in 2011
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
The Elder scrolls has been a around a long time and its been a while since a game has came out, the last one being The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. This has been a highly anticipated game and is sure to be one of the best selling game of 2011. Now this game will be released on other platforms but its top seller is to be PC. With Oblivion having amazing, beautiful scenery and great graphics this game is more than likely going to blow you away. With a release date of 11.11.11 this game is sure to be one of the best PC games of 2011.
With World of Warcraft’s recent expansion you think Blizzard would be satisfied, but here they come with the sequel to a very popular game series exclusively for PC. Of course I’m not complaining about Blizzard being on top of their game, I can’t wait for this game. This Diablo series is one of the founders of RPGs and this game is to be no different. Players will choose a class and then advance through the game managing equipment, spells, attacks, and potions. Like Diablo 2 this game with also have the ability to be played online using Blizzard’s Battle.net making it seem to be one of the top upcoming PC games of 2011.
Star Wars The Old Republic
My favorite game of all time, and the favorite of many people, is Star Wars: Knights of The Old Republic for Xbox. After that came Knights of The Old Republic 2 The Sith Lords, which proved to be another fantastic game, After that game everyone was dying for a sequel and it seemed as if one would never come. Then Bioware blew every ones mind when they announced that this year they would release Knight of The Old Republic, an MMORPG(Massively Multilayer Online Role Playing Game), like World of Warcraft, however Star Wars making it all the better. This game is being referred to as the, “WoW killer,” but who knows, that’s up to the players.
Mass Effect 3
This game series has became very popular very quick which signals that the 3rd in the series will no doubt blow the gaming world away. It will be released on multiple platforms however as with The Elder Scrolls, its main platform will be PC. In an interview with MTV, project director Casey Hudson announced that this game will have an overwhelming, amazing ending making everyone wonder what Bioware has up their sleeves. This game is due to be released in late 2011 making the second big Bioware PC game to be released this year, helping it make the list of Most anticipated PC games of 2011.
